Diagnosed
Oh No
No signs, no symptoms! Feeling fine and went in for my normal well woman exam when my pap came back abnormal
Surgery to remove the cervix (trachelectomy)
Procedure or Surgery
A trachelectomy is not a very common procedure. When I had my surgery back in 2009 MD Anderson in Houston told me they had only done about 30 of these procedures.
Cancer Free!
Celebration
I celebrate every year on the day I had my surgery and became cancer free!
