where do I find the doctors and how do I pick good ones.

    Decision Point

Researching and deciding was horrible while I was still in shock. People were saying so many things to me and my head was spinning trying to make appointments and choosing correctly. I could not function, sleep or stop crying.

    Double Mastectomy

    Procedure or Surgery

14.5 hour surgery with a Diep flap. Not so bad but recovery was long and the worst was the 6 drains. Glad I had both removed because they found cancer in my "healthy" breast. SHOCKED

    Went as Expected: Strongly Agree
    Minimal Recovery: Strongly Disagree
    Minimal Side Effects: Not Specified
Minimal Impact to Daily Life: Not Specified

4 rounds of TC but the Nulasta was the worst. Gained 30 pounds on the steriods. Terrible bone pain not ache. Could NOT sleep. Felt good 2 months after but got terrible sharp pain in bones again and side effects worstened.
