    Lumpectomy

    Procedure or Surgery

I found the lump located at bottom of breast, just above a rib. Had a lumpectomy and sentinel node removed for biopsy. Cancer was triple negative, stage 2 and had not spread. I had chemo and radiation. During chemo I was tired and constipated. Radiation went well until I had 4 boost treatments. I developed several blisters that were very painful. I am through with all treatment and celebrating by travelling to Ireland with 9 girlfriends for 2 weeks.
