    Cancer is back/Recurred

    Oh No

I was 17 when i was first diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma and after 8 years in remission I have just found out that it is back. I noticed a bump on my neck and beneath my clavicle bone. I did not have any symptoms at first but lately my skin has become really itchy. I went to the doctor a few weeks ago and did a biopsy with results being positive for Hodgkin Lymphoma. Its harder the second time around because i know exactly whats going to happen in the next few months. I was always scared that it would come back and now it has. I'm 25 now and finishing nursing school, I feel frustrated that i have to put my life on hold again to deal with this.

    Implant chemotherapy port

    Procedure or Surgery

Just went to put in my port for the second time so that thy don't have to keep sticking me for veins, They also did surgery to remove the lymph node but was unsuccessful because it was adhering to the tissues and they felt that there were too many risk in trying to take it out.
