Money
Oh No
My first thoughts were " I can't afford this." We barely get by as it is. I don't want to leave my family with a lot of debt. I don't want my husband to loose our house and have no place to live. Even though we have found some help there, I still worry about the expense.
Lumpectomy
Procedure or Surgery
I was doing great to begin with after release but about 6 days out reached for a paper on the floor and felt a sharp pain that radiated through the breast and it caused a burning inside the breast. Now I have some difficulty reaching out without the same sharp pain. I wear out quickly, and don't get a lot done except go to work and nap at home.
Hormone therapy
Drug or Chemo Therapy
Took my first dose of Tomoxifen today and it does make me sleepy so I will take it later in the day, after work. Right now... I want a nap... and I am at work so that is not possible.
Hormone therapy
Drug or Chemo Therapy
I am having a problem with depression and am now having to take depression medicine once again. I have terrible 5 million needle pain in my legs at night when I roll over in to a cool part of the bed or when I uncover to get up. It made me terribly sleepy so I take it before I go to bed. I don't like taking Tamoxifen at all but the doctor's are not concerned with the side effects because my blood counts were good.
