    Procedure or Surgery

This is in regards to 1st. surgery in Terre Haute, In. The surgeon took out part of my colon didn't get the tumor created a leak in reconnection leaving me with sepsis and in sepsis shock. I was sent to St. Francis in Mooresville, In and after great care and about 18 days in intensive care they saved my life but was 4 months before I was strong enough to have surgery. A great Physician DR. Barry Melbert performed the surgery, got the tumor and now I am taking chemo treatments which is on hold now do to low platlets. I will have 2 surgeries yet to reverse an iliostomy and the to repair a large hernia created by the 1st. surgeon in Terre Haute. I wish I had been informed enough to seek competent care initially. I would have gone to St. Francis and Dr. Melbert. I had my 1st. surgery Jan 3, 2012 and haven't had a good day since but thanks to Dr. Melbert I'm alive and will get better.
