    first surgery tumor found/second surgery good/pathology stage 3

    Oh No

    felt up and down then up and down and when pathology came back on ovary as stage 11 and after thinking no treatments to omg radiation and chemo ugh.

    first surgery went ok. hard to slow down as much as needed. Second surgery went well but pathology results hard to take.

    Clinical Trial

    In two studies. Waiting for my radiation and chemo plans and for sheduling. One last week of no appointments...sigh...finally sinking in that this is going to be a challenge for me....that it is not like taking 12 credits and working full time....this is going to be emotionally and physically hard, hard , hard!

    Radiation treatments just take up so much time....time to get there....then the treatment and time to get home....five days aweek.....

    Infection

    Side Effects

    My first chemo and its cisplastin once every 29 days....getting it was ok....but the fourth day after ugh...sick...sick infection....and I have never felt this sorta of sick to my tummy in my life....my dog smells me and growls....thank goodness it is winter break so I am off from work for the week....tried to get to radiation appt. and could not stop vomiting...in car...on side walk...ended up having to spend 5 hours getting iv fluids and some anti vomit meds, anti boiotics and yada yada....I feel over whelmed....
