    small tumor found in my pancreas - blocking off common duct - stint placed in late Feb. 2012

    before I could start the scheduled chemo and radiation...my gallbladder had to be removed.

    Fatigue (tiredness)

    Side Effects

    Fatigue was and still is the most difficult side effect for me. Daily nausea taken care of with meds. No loss of appetite. Some pain.

    Went in for Whipple July 23rd - exploratory showed ovarian cancer - ovaries and tubes were removed, and surgery stopped at that point.

    Oh No

    I was started on a different type of chemo...three treatments and am now scheduled again for Whipple AND removal of uterus, etc.
