    Radiation

Just finished my first week of radiation for breast cancer. The table is uncomfortable but then it has to be that hard lol The Side effects so far have been very minimal...they gave me "Miaderm" for radiation relief... I slather it on 4 5x a day! Impact to Daily Life... well having to drive 60 miles a day for treatments DOES have an impact! Gas is soo expensive...but I guess it could be worse.

    Painless Experience: Neutral/NA
    Minimal Side Effects: Neutral/NA
Minimal Impact to Daily Life: Not Specified

    Oh No

one week in to radiation.... they gave me a cream to help reduce radiation reaction on my skin.... and I found a LUMP! This time it was a lot larger than a grean pea... felt more like a whole Thumb! I had the nurse look at it and feel it for me... she just smiled and said it is scar tissue from the lymph nod biopsy WHEWW!!!
