    Oh No

I fully expected to be told that it was something else and maybe to watch it

Trying to make decision not been able to talk with anyone else who has had my experience

    Decision Point

Have not been able to talk to anyone very odd have made 3 requests and no one can tell me why I have no response. I have talked to people who answer phone and a RN. I also have talked to a radiologist. I have been seeing someone regarding nutrition and was directed to the radiologist by a staff person at hospital from that dept. One of my request was to talk to someone who has experienced or explored alternative treatment, but not necessary--just would like to find someone (s) or a support group. I live in the St. Louis metro area; seems like it would be easy to find.

Changing my diet: working or eating more vegetables, doing breathwork, ,meditation

    Other Care

See only an upside to what I am doing, but I am holding off telling my family until I can make a decision.

To do lumpectomy and sentinel lympch node__wanted to do only the lumpectomy

    Decision Point

It seems that is the way medical model is going now and I decided not to fight that battle and see what it revealed. This all turned out exactly as I wanted it to and am I very appreciative. Now I have to look at the next steps she wants and discuss my reservations at the usual procedures so more decision points

had lympectomy and sentinel lymph node removed and examined (biospsy?)?)

    Procedure or Surgery

I was delighted that she only had to take out one sentinel lymph node and it was clear as was my margins from the lumpectomy. I was really nervous about the lymph node really didn't even want it done. My doctor has been very good about updates and answering questions and I really appreciate it.
