    Oh No

About a year before my husband was officially diagnosed, he knew something was very wrong. He had earaches without infection. He could feel a lump. He couldn't stick his tongue out without it twisting to the side. He went to our local clinic and was told he was fine, given a prescription for REGULAR. strength Tylenol, and was all but accursed of drug seeking. About nine months later, his symptoms could no longer be ignored. He was in so much pain. He saw an ENT who went on to do further testing (scans, biopsy etc...) and was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma of the esophagus with one lymph node involved.
