    Diagnosed

    Oh No

My mom went in to fluid build up in her abdomen. May 2012 was full of tests upon tests to see what caused it. First it was ovarian cancer, then colon, then finally appendix. She started chemo mid June and besides the fluid build up felt perfectly normal. My mom is very active and up until about halfway through her chemo still went skiing, swimming, etc.

    Chemotherapy

    Drug or Chemo Therapy

Started chemo in mid June. Felt good throughout most of the summer. She was still eating, and a little more tired than usual but was able to go on with her life. Starting in October and for the last two months she has been unable to eat, and progressively gets worse. She has lost weight, has no energy and is very weak. She is at a point right now where she has trouble walking, and had to cancel a Christmas vacation due to this.
