    Surgery

    Procedure or Surgery

I had a hysterectomy a lymphoctomy, and a systosomy. They took out my lymph nodes and looked around in my bladder. The surgery went well and i am hard headed so I was up walking the same day off surgery home in three days back at work part time in 18 days. Have some pain in the nerves that were clamped off and my tummy is numb and and very nervy feeling but all things considered it went well.

    Went as Expected: Agree
    Minimal Recovery: Agree
    Minimal Side Effects: Agree
Minimal Impact to Daily Life: Strongly Disagree

    Misdiagnosed

    Oh No

I am just recovering from surgery and the surgeon said that there was something suspicous in my bladder so after going to the urologist they say I have a mass in the back of my bladder it is either the primary or a secondary cancer so now I have to go for outpatient surgery to get a biopsy. My chemo and radiation was supposed to begin in 4 days and end on March 9th Now we are starting all over again and I am angry. I feel like they should have done this during the surgery and done more tests. I no longer trust my doctors and do not know what to do.
