Medicine for low white blood cell count - Asia

Drug or Chemo Therapy Associated with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL). Posted on October 26, 2011 View this journey (8 Experiences)

I received a Neulasta shot today as a preventative measure of keeping the white blood cells up. It is believed this medication will regenerate the white blood cells that will be destroyed from chemotherapy. Unlike my chemo sessions, no side effects immediately after the shot in the back of my arm. The nurse also suggested the stomach as a injection site. While I've been told this shot can make every bone in your body hurt, I am praying this will not be my case.
