Milestones - Aylor

Milestones Associated with Invasive (Infiltrating) Ductal Carcinoma . Posted on January 12, 2018 View this journey (7 Experiences)

Been a long road since dx in Oct 2015. 2016 was 7 surgeries and 8 doses of chemo.
Losing hair and having it grow back a different color and thicker.
2017 was getting "ME" back to the new normal. Had all doc follow ups and everything is GOOD!!! YEAH ME! Now I go this coming Tuesday and have my tattoo done on my left breast and I will have conquered this chapter in my life.
Yes I am taking my preventive meds and doing follow-ups. It has been an adventure and I can say been there done that.

I've had people come to me and ask questions. Breast cancer, chemo, and cancer in general. It's nice to know people feel comfortable enough to come talk to me about it.

Now on with life and wait to see what God in store for me now.....

Congratulations to you for going through all of this and coming out on the other side. That's great that you are able to pass on your experiences to others. I have always told everyone that if they have questions, I am willing to answer any that I can. Check in every now and then. Enjoy your life. Take care.
