Congratulations Boise B. You are such an inspiration. I read every one of your threads this morning. This week I am grateful for a clean pet scan and bone marrow biopsy.
I was diagnosed in early August 2018 with a rare, aggressive cancer: Acute Adult T-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma / Leukemia. I've had 7 rounds of chemo. Doctor is really pushing me to have a bone marrow transplant. Scares the XXX out of me. I'm told if I relapse it will be "unsalvageable," and that my survival rate without a bone marrow transplant is 10 per cent. I'm at the crossroads of whether to continue with chemo or undergo the the transplant. I can't tell you how much you have helped me here with your story. Thanks again. Cat

Thank you Catz. I believe you will find many people here with amazing stories. Every now and then someone starts a discussion about stage IV survivors you will be suprised to find out how many there. If you are frightened about a bone marrow transplant pose it as a question. We have a member who is an award-winning oncological nurse. She is a gold mine of inspiration her screen name is Carm. Prayers and best of luck in your decision
