When my divorce, and treatments were over, I took a two week vacation by myself to Florida and drove all the way down to Key West and back. I had no prearranged schedule except for taking scuba lessons in Key Largo during the trip. Unfortunately, because of my colostomy, the school I attended was afraid the the wafer/bag colostomy arrangement I had would not seal out sea water so I had to terminate my lessons at the end of the first day. I since found out that there are those who have colostomies that do scuba dive. So it goes.
