Chemotherapy - candy

Drug or Chemo Therapy Associated with Rare Cancers. Posted on September 24, 2012 View this journey (4 Experiences)

Since I have been a patient at MD Anderson I have been on two different chemo regimines post surgery. My HCG levels will drop to negative when I'm on therapy but once I'm off they begin to rise again. My last chemo treatment was July 21st 2012 and unfortunately 4 weeks later my levels began to rise again. I've had ct scans since than which are negative but my number continues to be elevated. Right now as I wait for Dr. Lu to come up with a new plan, I'm enjoying my time off chemo. I have had chemothery for 2 years straight so, I'm in no hurry to get back on it. I'm enjoying my two beautiful daughters, Katalina 10, and Emily 5 and my wonderful husband. Until she informs me of our new plan, I will continue living life to the fullest.
