Well it's officially stage 1 endometrial cancer specifically endometroid. They have decided to do a full hysterectomy on Sept 19th.

My initial diagnosis is stage 1 also. I had a pap which showed atypical cells, but not cancer, so I am hoping the stage will not change much. Because of the stage, the oncologist doesn't think I will need chemo or radiation. I have read that the stage and grade often changes. This waiting around for surgery is the hardest part, I think. I had hoped for a date sooner after my oncology appointment, but I have 2 more weeks, Aug. 21.

I only know that it is endometroid because the lab results aren't up yet. The waiting is insane. Just got a prescription for zanax.
