I was diagnosed with stage 1, er+, pr+, her2- no node and also told no chemo. Had lumpectomy and tumor was 1.5 centimeters and then told maybe I would have to have chemo and had to wait for oncotype, which turned out to be 25. Since I am over 50 I did not have to do chemo. It IS a shock to be told no chemo, maybe chemo, then no chemo. Had 6 weeks of radiation and just started anastrozole. My surgery was Nov, 2019. What test indicated you had a high KI score? I am very sorry you need to do chemo and wondering how you are. Wishing you the best.
