Chemo has raised my blood sugar. Working closely with endocrinologist to keep tweaking my insulin, testing my blood, working on food intake, saw Diabestes Educator and a Dietitian. Need to increase cardio, watch my fats, carbs, sodium, proteins. Still seeing endocrinologest as she keeps adjusting insulin and a sliding dosing
scale that will keep my sugar level where they need to be: 70 - 110. I am using Humolog (3 times a day) and Levemir insulin pens at night.
