Chemotherapy - earthgirl

Drug or Chemo Therapy Associated with Metaplastic Carcinoma (also called Carcinoma w/Metaplasia). Posted on August 7, 2019 View this journey (30 Experiences)

Yesterday (8/5/2019) was #4 of 16 chemo treatments but the last of the AC chemo drugs. After three weeks rest, I begin 12 weekly doses of Taxol. Chemo has taken over my life routines because of the side effects and I also caught a virus that I can't shake because my immunity is low. Makes everything harder. I just miss being able to do more normal things. Fatigue and nausea and metal mouth are my worst enemies so I try to rest and find foods that I can tolerate. And, of course, I try to stay positive.
