I had an experimental surgery called a Radical Trycelectomy(sp?). Instead of getting a hysterectomy I chose the other option because I wanted to have more childrErren. I was in the hospital for six days and in recovery for 6 weeks with a foley catheter for two weeks after the surgery. It was successful, the cancer has not returned. I have not had any children since the surgery, but other women who have has the same surgery have had children and carried full term
