So we waited 6 months to have another scan and check things out. I had that about a month ago, holding my breath. I hate scans. You never know what you are going to hear. But in this case, it was very good news. No new spots, and my doctor said because we radiated "the spot", it is dead. So I asked, "does this mean I can say I'm NED?" And she said "Yes, I think it does." Amazing and wonderful. I celebrated with my church who had been praying for me and friends and family and colleagues and neighbors. For today, right now, things are good. And I am thankful.
