When I first received benefit from taking my depression medication, I was stunned to see that what I had been living was SUCH a different life up to then. I thought, "wow! Is this how everyone else feels everyday?" There was no uncontrollable anger, no prolonged sadness. Wow. what a difference a pill makes.

    Hi Liyhann, I too suffer from serious depression and have been on meds for many years (thank God). I couldn't function without it. It's important to take them on a regular basis - every day. I'll be sending light to you. Try to stay in the light.
