I had a lot of issues with swelling in my chin, neck and ear areas. I had temporary hearing loss and some bleeding and fluid behind my ears. Lymphedema Therapy has helped with the fluid in my neck and chin area. My therapist had me order a compression mask that wraps around my head and chin and around my neck. She also make me a custom made compression with stretchy material and cloth bags filled with foam chips. When the foam chips are held on my chin and neck with elastic material and velcro, snug but not too tight, it softens up the area and relieves the swelling and pressure.
