A bit nervous to take Methotrexate. It is technically a chemo drug. Supposed to take Folic Acid everyday while on Methotrexate to help minimize side effects. Told the earlier I start a drug for RA, the better my outcome may be. Have a sister and aunt who took medication for RA years ago, when they were first diagnosed, and neither one has had to take medication again for RA.
