Hi, I was diagnosed with Breast cancer 3 weeks ago, getting ready to start chemo next week. I am sorry to hear your cancer is back. I know the feeling of needing to talk, I just can't seem to talk to friends and family about everything I am feeling right now. If I try to joke about the cancer they cry and then I feel bad, and when I just try to talk about it they act uncomfortable and change the subject. I'm here if you need an ear.
