I got the oncologist to understand that in the scheme of things, aromitase inhibitors are not worth my right now. It is only evidence-based practice if the patient agrees to the plan of care, otherwise it's medical paternalism, which belongs back in the last century. The principle of this century is autonomy, and with this comes so much more responsibility. And with that comes work! That includes a diet that is medicine also. That includes exercise and at least 8 hours of sleep and laughing daily.
