Complete shock, even though my surgeon has said that it was growing for 5 years. My mammograms never caught it until I had a breast biopsy this time. My nights have been restless and my first thought has been "Oh my God, I have cancer!" when I wake up or "My brother is gone."

Sadly, my youngest brother died from pancreatic cancer just 3 days after I was diagnosed and the day after his 60th birthday. That is what I am saddest of all about.
