I travelled to Dana Farber in Boston where they recommended an autologous stem cell transplant. They explained that this was the recommended therapy for recurrent NHL. Dana Farber's plan was to place me isolation for a month. I was then offered an outpatient transplant at Albany Medical Center under the direction of a doctor who performed many transplants at Sloan Kettering prior to starting his own stem cell clinic in Albany. This was a great decision.
