My doctors had to cut a little more to bring the implants closer. I had developed what they call doggy ears at the ends of incisions, so that to cut a little more to make it look more rounded. So I had a little more pain and then I developed a mild allergic reaction to pain meds. So the pain was a little more than I had expected, but healing really nice and able to sleep better. The silicone implants do show ripples that you can see, but with clothes over them they look good.
