Biopsy of nodule - spayd65

Procedure or Surgery Associated with Hodgkin Disease. Posted on September 8, 2012 View this journey (11 Experiences)

The first surgery was a biopsy of the nodule under my arm as outpatient.

20 years later, I had a mass in my chest the size of a softball. I was scheduled for a needle biopsy and the radiologist punctured a vein in my chest. Was immediately taken to the ER and had to have a chest tube inserted. And when the results came back, they were inconclusive. So, I had to have a surgical biopsy of the mass in my chest area which confirmed Hodgekins Lymphoma 3B again.
