Symptoms Associated with Neuroendocrine Carcinoma, Unknown Primary. Posted on July 21, 2014 View this journey (10 Experiences)

It's been 2 years since liver resection and although my scans are negative, my symptoms have progressed. Severe epigastric pain is back. Taking 40 mg protonix and that is still not always effective. My seratonin levels are elevated again. I have episodic chest pain and my oncologist nor my primary care doctor take me seriously. So typical for those diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer. It is a struggle to be treated and a struggle to feel well. I am tired of the lack of competency of doctors who don't have a clue about this disease.
