My husband now has lung cancer which has spread to the spine. - Viking

Oh No Associated with Inflammatory Breast Cancer. Posted on May 29, 2019 View this journey (13 Experiences)

After almost 8 years of keeping my cancer down it is such a shock to know my husband is in the fight of his life with lung cancer spread to the spine. Back pain was the first sign and we are awaiting more tests to see how far it has spread and what kind it is. So sad as we were just celebrating my retirement a couple of weeks earlier and now....WHAM!

I am so sorry to hear this. I understand the shock that comes with an unexpected diagnosis from a cancer that is hard to detect. I hope and pray that the doctors will find treatments that can help your husband. Keep us posted on how he is doing. Take care.

Now they changed the diagnosis to Stage 4 kidney cancer spread to the bones and both lungs. My poor husband is in horrible pain in the back. Starts immunotherapy tomorrow.

Darn, I was hoping this wouldn't be the case. I will be praying for you both and hope that they can find some way to relieve his pain. Take care.
