I have had tinninitis for years. I tend to tune it out most of the time. Sometimes, it is company. I am certain it adversely affects my hearing. I did have carboplatin as treatment, but i think i had tinninitis prior to cancer (can't remember for sure).

What chemo are you on? If you're still in treatment, mention this to your doctor. It can become permanent.

Milkshakes are always a winner with me! I did use them daily to get through my last diagnosis. The surgery to my neck followed by radiation to both sides of my neck made swallowing almost impossible. I also refused the feeding tube that they said I would need. So mashed potatoes and gravy, milkshakes, apple sauce, pudding, and anything else that I could swallow and get to go down was a winner. It's tough!

Interesting, I've heard the same thing from my doctor, low BP, it's always been low. In fact, so low that they would often check it again to see if there was a bad reading. Now, in the last year or so it's running high. No blood pressure meds yet, but it's probably coming. I get dizzy still though.

Good poi sometimes that works, sometimes not-- My son was drinking enough water to float a battleship-so the VA gave him meds.
