HI Cal, I can't help you with that info, but there are some on the site that can. If you will post this in the questions tab where everyone can see it you will get some help. Here, as a status update on your home page, only those who follow you will see it.
      repost and you'll get help.

Did anyone else get 4 doses of dose dense Taxotere and Cytoxan instead of 6 doses for resected Node positive or high risk node negative, HER2-neg breast cancer? Phase III of the Breast and Bowel cancer clinical trial, NASBP Protocol B-49, is using 6 doses and comparing it to regimes of Adriamycin, Cytoxan, and Taxol or Adriamycin, Cytoxan, Taxotere. If you only had 4 doses, how long ago and what has been your experience?

Hi Cal, Your home page here is pretty much your private space and is generally not seen by other members. If you want to ask a question of other members, I would suggest you post it in the questions sections.

It's Friday but I am still Thankful--I am thankful to have made it through multiple diagnostic tests, biopsies, two surgeries and one round of chemo with no nausea at all and no real pain except after my shot of Neulasta. That pain was only 4 days and seemed like an eternity, but got it subsided quickly once I went back on the steroid for a few more days. I actually feel good 15 days out from the first chemo. We had a buzz-my-hair off party before it started coming out in big clumps and I have a wig I really like styled by a wonderful friend. Even better it only cost $26. I had been saving my own hair for 10 years thinking I'd have a wig made of my own hair, but now I'm thinking I like the color of the wig so much better than my own hair color, that once my hair comes back in about 10 months from now, I may start coloring it. That from an "all natural" kind of woman. :) I know there are hard times to come with the next 5 rounds of chemo, but at least starting out feeling healthy and strong makes a huge difference.
