      DeBuhr1943,
Have aa wonderful cruise and leave that disease at home, dont let it interfere with your life any more than it has. When you come back you will be refreshed and renewed and you can take up your battle with much more vigor because you did not deny the other facets of your life. Best of luck to you, Carm RN.

Sorry that you are having to have chemo again. But enjoy your trip. I done the same thing before my last dx. The wife had wanted to go to tour lighthouses along the east coast for years. So while I had a 2 month wait to see the oncologist and get the game started, we went. And had a good time. I hope you do too.

New Chemo Specialist was too short; I did not like him at all. Good chance that cancer is back (ovarian). PET Scan on Monday. (have a referral for a specialist - he has big credentials. was very good with Caroline through her breast surgery) Seeing Gyno Cancer Surgery tomorrow. I am sure that she will lead me in the right direction. Looking forward to her input. Daughter will accompany me. She stopped by tonight so that I could bring her up to date. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Anxious when I found out the high percentage of reoccurrence of Ovarian Cancer. Remission is GREAT! (but staying there is certainly a challenge)
