Hi Everyone, Just thought I would pop in and say Hi!! Send Chemo last week, still feel the cold sensations and a litle fatigued but pushed myself to get out this weekend and glad I did. I just want to let you all know if anyone needs to talk, wants to share or vent, feel free to let me know. I am optomistic we can all beat this and the power of positive thinking is amazing. I try to be optomistic & happy in every way and wish to share that with any of you who feel down.
    God Bless!

Hi Everyone, I was recently diognosed with Colon Cancer after what they initially thought was uterine cancer. I had a radical hysterectomy on Feb 2nd and after pathology confirmed it was not primary, we went on the search for the primary. After a biopsy and colonoscopy confirmed it was Colon, my official diagnosis was made. I started Chemo on March 12 and my second Chemo is scheduled on Wed. I am considered stage 4 as it had spread to the Uterus, and they found cells in Bladder, Vagina as well as left Ovary and Fallopian Tube. I am left with a 4 CM lesion in my rectum and some node involvement. I am looking to connect with others for support and to be of support for this horrible disease. I am the first in my family to ever be diagnosed with having Cancer. I have no doubt I will beat it, but as you all know its the fear and uncertainty that gets us all once in a while. Again, just looking to find a support network to learn from. Thanks for taking the time to read my post.
