Had previously written on here that my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 stomach cancer. This is now not the case. She is stage 4 duodenal adenocarcinoma. She will begin her first round of chemo in two weeks. It is a pretty rare form of cancer but treated in the same manner as other stomach and intestinal adenocarcinomas. She is doing FOLFX therapy every two weeks with avastin. Any advice welcome!
