Yervoy has had some remarkable success with Mel. I hope you are one of them. From what I have heard (my husband can't do Yervoy due to optic neuritis), itching, rash, headaches, gastrointestinal upset seem to be the more common ones. Some don't even get side effects until later doses. I have heard some really great success stories regarding Yervoy. Just remember that there is sometimes a "delayed" response, so if you don't respond immediately, don't despair. Some have responded weeks after their last infusion. If you want more technical info on treatments, you can try visiting the Melanoma Resource Foundation website.
Best of luck to you... go kick some mel butt!

We recently moved to a ranch style house and I am still working on finding places for my tools. My kids remind me that it is time to do some woodworking and go to my happy place. It is an important distraction for me and lets me focus on fun. I love the feel of the smooth wood and texture.
Thanks for sharing!

Has anyone been using ipilimumab (Yervoy)? I start tomorrow and wonder what it will be like?
