After a c.t. scan was reviewed by my oncologist I was told that A portion of the G.I.S.T. tumor low in my abdomen has grown and is against my bowel. they set up an appointment with the gastro surgeon at foxchase cancer center in philadelphia and they hope he says he can cut that portion out, If that happens I would continue treatment with gleevec 400Mg,'s a day.. I'm really concerned... Any experience or thoughts from anyone??? Thanks, Michael

I dont know how to post and where to post it But I really need some feedback and support. I feel like everything is overwhelming today! I don't want sympathy,,, just some help from people going through the same as me and not sure where to start.
