Ran into Mossy Gras Man and his lady on Bourbon Street. Crowds of people dressed up on the big day. Tons of beaded necklaces everywhere, on people and laying in the street, but don’t pick them up, it’s bad luck. My husband caught several off of people throwing them from the floats and several strings were placed about my neck from people passing by. Good times!

Recently finished an online survey by a partner of the WhatNext site. The survey took about 20 min. to complete They were not yes and no answers but multiple choice and you had to think about which answer was a fit for you and your continued journey.I do appreciate being referred by WhatNext for this study and the opportunity to contribute to ongoing research. The payment for taking part in the survey was a bonus.Look forward to being able to contribute in the future .

Ran across a great saying today on the internet.

Yesterday is history Tomorrow A mystery
Today is a gift That's why they call it the present

Took a trip to Sacramento today to attend a talk and book signing by fellow What Nexter, Pambsky. What a pleasure not only meeting a fellow What Nexter but someone who has been in remission from Fallopian tube cancer for ten years and looks great. The talk was very well attended and Pam is a very passionate and motivated speaker who is convinced a healthy diet and remission go hand in hand. Her book, The Ultimate Anti-Cancer Book, is full of colorful, healthy recipes , that are easy to make. All there appreciated her commitment to spreading the word about the link between diet and cancer. Attending this talk was time well spent .Thanks Pam.
