So got my path results from surgery. Two tumors, one 6cm one 2cm, with 25cm neg margins and 13 of 15 pos lymph nodes. Not as good as I wanted but better than expected.

Can I just say that cancer stinks. At my last treatment I was told that bewcause of the way my body is responding, an additional drug would be added and that additional treatments could possibly be needed.

I want to be as normal as possible but darn it, only being able to plan for a 2-3 week period (not including changes for side effects) is a real downer for me.

What can I do? Not much, just keep the chin up, whine a little, and keep rowing this boat for the other shore.

    Thanks for listening.

Just keep on rowing. At least you had the testing to see how your body is responding. Now your doctor can change your chemo to something that works better. I know it's disappointing. I know you want this to be over. Being normal is a really big deal to me too. Whine all you want. We have all been there. I hope your new chemo is exactly what you need to be cancer free and healthy again. Hugs to you.
