Happy Holidays! For anyone that has to be given chemo. If you can and if you are strong enough, try to drink plenty of juice and water during treatment. If you do have one of the juicers, make some fresh juices. Also try to exercise during treatments, even if it is yoga, stretching and very mild exercising. If you can. All of this will help you fight the side effects of the chemo. Stay strong and try to stay positive. You will get through this!! Tammi
