      I’m twenty years out and I still worry during and after my mammogram and breast ultrasound. I comfort myself by telling myself that even if cancer is found, it’ll probably be very early, since it wasn’t apparent on last year’s tests. This statement isn’t always true, but it nevertheless helps me. Here’s to good results on your MRI!

      It did become easier as I had success behind me. But it's always a bit intimidating with machines, noises, appointments, etc. it's all so official. Bringing someone with you helps distract. Do what you can to make it a positive experience. Hugs!
