  Any feedback on clinicial trials? Is there anyone familiar with Pertuzumab Clinical Trial (Aphinity)? I recently signed up for this blind study specific for HER2 positive patients. Although I've done a lot of research on this and weighted out the cons vs pros. the unknown of the long term effects can be pretty scary. Pertuzumab is the drug being tested that has shown to work well with Herceptin. If all goes as planned, will be starting TCH and Pertuzumab or Placebo on 11/30. TCH given every 3 weeks for a 18 week cycle.
