I just survived 3 different cancers and 4 operations, and so far am physically ok. Mentally, well let's say I am shaken! LOL
Melanoma, GIST, and Angiosarcoma. Last year was full of operations, tests and some rough procedures. The worst was an operation on a gland (am having a senior moment as to its correct medical name!) near my ear that produces saliva. It was not malignant, but it still hurts like heck.
A lot of people here have multiple cancers and get through them, and I am hoping that you are a fighter & will eventually be a survivor.
Perhaps a second opinion would help you out. If you live near a large teaching hospital, they usually would be a good bet, ask your doc for a recommendation.
      Good luck to you.
