    A little yay!

I was in to see pcp & she had blood drawn. The blood test results were apparently visible to my endocrinologist because he sent me a letter. Anyway, I had radioactive iodine treatment for hyperthyroidism & the risk was that they would kill off my thyroid & I would end up with hypothyroidism. My prior test showed levels were low & he wanted to start me on thyroid pills. Since I felt good I asked if we could wait & see what happened. Well, numbers were normal for T3, T4, & TSH! Yay, no drugs for that little wrinkle!

    Maybe my luck is improving!

Any good news becomes great news. One down. Hoping Spring brings a sunnier outlook. Notice yesterday the daffodils are peeking out of the ground!!
