A question for you to ponder....

Would you attend the funeral for someone who didn't attend yours?

Yes, with out a doubt. We all pay homage in different ways.

Um, if that person didn't attend my funeral, that means I'm dead, so unless I show up in spirit form, yeah, I don't think I'd be going... Is this a trick question? Did I pass the test...?

Well, that would be kind of hard to do since I would already be dead .... but ... if it was possible, yes, I would!

My husband will do almost anything for his friends while they are alive. He's been known to buy much better television sets for a friend than we have ... or to give hundreds of dollars to someone who needs an air conditioner ... or whatever their need is, he is there. But, he will not attend their funerals. It isn't a matter of caring. It is simply an aversion to funerals.

I don't intend to have a funeral. That way, if I don't outlive him, he won't have to attend mine either :)
